A pre-purchase inspection with a classic car is different than with a younger car. The cause could be the lack of some information: there is no history of maintenance for example. And is she in a good shape, or does it just look like that? Everyone has their own wishes. Someone finds it very important to be as original it can be, the other one prefers a good technical check.
Because there could be some crucial information missing, we’ll perform a test drive and afterwards we will lift her up for a check underneath. This way we have a complete picture of the condition of the car. Like, has she been in an accident and how secure is it repaired after?
With the information we collected, we could determine if there is a chance or room for price negotiation.
